Please review and comply with ALL our House Rules below. Our House Rules include the following rules below and the HOA House Rules provided by the link below. You can access the HOA House Rules by clicking on the “HOA House Rules” button below.
Standard Check-in time is any time AFTER 4:00pm HST and standard Check-out Time is any time BEFORE 11:00am HST.
Do not post notices or advertisements in Condo or Condo complex.
Please supervise your children/minors/Guests at all times while in Condo or Condo complex.
Please do not bring or track excessive sand or dirt into the condo. There is a shower provided at the bottom of the steps leading to the pool that Renters can use to rinse off any sand or dirt.
Please do not apply sunscreen in the condo or Lanai or stairwell. It may cause the hard floor surfaces to become slippery.
Do not leave any shoes or clothing or any other items outside the front door of the condo.
Please lock Condo and Lanai the doors at all times when not present in the condo.
Please do not run the AC when not in the condo.
When asked by Owner, Renters age 18 and over shall provide a governmental Identification to Owner. Failure to provide said governmental Identification may result in Owner cancelling Renters reservation and booking.
Please be polite and considerate to Owner and all Owner Representatives. You are in Hawaii, please help spread the ALOHA!
