Okay… a topic near and dear to my heart… GELATO! Some of the best Island dessert in Hawaii is Big Island’s own Gypsea Gelato! A fantastic Gelato manufacturer right on the island. These guys are constantly coming up with wild flavors sure to please any discriminating sweet tooth! Do me a favor… take a stroll down town on a warm Kona night and get your self a cup of this glorious gelato! Hard to pick a favorite but I do like the Mauka Trail.
