Okay… I mention this place for the location, location, location! It is downtown Kona! It is right on the water. There is a full bar and normally live music at night. If you want to sip fu-fu drinks and dance like a tipsy tourist, this is your place! Food is okay but mainly bar food. There are actually two places right next to each other. “Huggos on the Rocks” and “Huggos”. “Huggos” is more sit down dining and “Huggos on the Rocks” is a bit more casual. The Kona coffee mud pie is huge and a delicious caloric treat! If you are around Kona on the 4th of July and you get there early, they normally have a terrific fireworks show and parade, but get there early. Treat yourself to some expensive drinks and live music right on the ocean…your on vacation!
